"Darrel followed up with me consistently to make sure that I got him everything that he needed to get my policy in place. One of the biggest issues I have when getting an insurance quote is follow up and follow through and he showed both. "I could not be more pleased with my recent experience with Lori Ann Spachek State Farm Insurance. My claim was processed quickly and professionally. The agent I dealt with at the corporate office was very helpful. She always returned my calls in a timely manner and kept me informed about the progress of my claim. The settlement was fair. Ryan at the local office called during the process and just wanted to know how my wife was (she was in the accident) and if there was anything they could help with. Nicely done."

"After some wind caused damage to our home, we contacted Lori Ann’s agency to start a claim. State Farm Corporate assigned an adjuster to determine the damage and dollar amount. Surprisingly, corporate takes over and Lori Ann’s office was no longer in charge. It took corporate over three months to get us the first check so repair work could begin. In their defense, the southern California fire claims were likely a factor in the corporate delay. Now that all the repairs are done (over nine months later), we are satisfied with everything State Farm covered. We are very happy with Lori Ann’s staff. Throughout this entire process, one of the agents from Lori Ann’s office would call us every couple of weeks or so, to see how things were progressing. This meant a lot to us. Multiple times they offered and actually did call the adjuster to find out what was going on and to see if they could speed things up. A big thank you goes out to Jeff, Jonathan, Darrel and Lori Ann for all your great help and support throughout this entire incident. You guys did great and we appreciate you all.
